Russ Richards (John Travolta) seems to have it all. A popular local television weatherman from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, he has a reserved parking space seattle comedy club and table at his favorite restaurant, a beautiful Jaguar convertible, seattle comedy club and a rambling house.
